HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

Booking with me is a seamless and tailored experience designed to bring your vision to life:

We’ll start by discussing the type of session you’re envisioning and briefly go over the details to ensure everything aligns perfectly.

Once we have your vision outlined, we’ll select a date and time that works for both of us.

I’ll then send over a personalized proposal with deposit instructions to secure your session.

After a 50% non refundalbe deposit is received, I’ll provide a confirmation, and we’ll continue planning every detail to create an unforgettable experience and imagery you’ll love.

HOW DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

I will deliver a personalized link to a digital gallery with a four-digit passcode/download code. From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, share the link with friends/family, share to social media, and order prints.

Passwords also available upon request.

WHATS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

Typically within 2-3 weeks for events, 10 days for portraits. Your specific turnaround time will be outlined in your proposal.

However I have an add on to get your photos within 1-2 days after our session if need be and if I have availability.

HOW LONG DO I KEEP PHOTOS?

I can no longer keep the RAW files for longer than 2 years. Edited online gallery links will be available for you 6 months. After this period, they will be removed.

That being said, I highly encourage you to back up your photos to an online cloud and a physical hard drive or USB to ensure your memories are safely stored.

If you need your gallery resent after it has been removed, there will be a $50 fee.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL UNEDITED RAW IMAGE FILES?

The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color — all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. Therefore, I do not provide the unedited RAW images.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

It’s best to book as soon as possible to secure your desired date and time. My calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak seasons.

Suggestions:

Wedding- 12 to 18 months.

Portraits- 1 to 3 months.

Maternity- Within the 26 to 34 week mark.

CAN I RESCHEDULE OR ARRIVE LATE TO MY SESSION?

Rescheduling Policy

I offer one complimentary reschedule per session, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 60 days of your original date. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice is considered a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule a second time, your original deposit will also be forfeited.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to fit the remaining time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and your session will be canceled with your deposit forfeited.

A late fee of $50 will apply if you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time and I am able to accommodate. This ensures we stay on schedule and have sufficient time for your session. If you do not show up, the session will be canceled, and your deposit will also be forfeited.

Please plan to arrive on time to ensure we can capture the best results for your session!

CAN I BRING PROPS OR PETS?

Absolutely! I love incorporating personal touches into your session, including meaningful props or your furry friends. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

However, please note that glitter or confetti are not allowed in the studio to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.
